This stuff actually works! My hands bruise easily, and if I massage this cream into the area several times, the bruise fades within a couple days. BTW, if your skin is fragile like mine, elevate your arm/hand for several minutes immediately after bumping it to lessen the initial bruise—less blood in the area, less bruising after all. Then apply this cream to make it disappear faster. It has a really odd scent, but ignore that
